The rhubarb is up, spinach, radishes, peas, arugula, and ovation greens have germinated, and the seedlings in the greenhouse are still going strong – it’s an exciting time of year! We planted 20 pounds of onion sets last week. Carrots, parsnips, and leeks too. I hope to get our potatoes in the ground next! And our beets and Swiss chard. But first there are beds to shape (we’ll be raking them by hand again this year), weeds to pull, plants to thin.
