Elizabeth:
I’m the mom of a sweet little girl named Hannah and small scale community farmer. I grew up in Franklin County, Pennsylvania then ventured north to study at Sarah Lawrence College where, somewhere in between my studies and the streets of New York City, I fell in love with farming. A few years later, while studying at Harvard Divinity School, I made a conscious choice to return to the region where I was raised, to start a community farm, and to give back to the community where I was from. So here I am, just a few miles outside of Gettysburg, and only 20 miles from where I was raised.

Hannah:
Born May 29, 2015, Hannah is sweetest little person I’ve ever met. And her laughter is the best sound that I have ever heard. In all my life.

Maria:
This lovely lady usually rolls in early, especially on harvest days. Sometimes with her sweet boxer/terrier mix named Petunia. Her beautiful blue eyes & quiet strength keep me centered when it feels like there are suddenly so many things to do, and all at once. She studied abroad in England while pursuing a Bachelor in Fine Arts and she always has creative and new ideas to try at AHF. This year? Cut Flowers.

Elizabeth Lynch:
A CSA member from the very beginning, Elizabeth and her husband John value fresh local foods grown organically. An avid reader and an engaged community member, Elizabeth approaches life with an informed & positive outlook that is both contagious and inspiring. Newly retired this spring, she has generously volunteered to deliver Amazing Heart Farm’s CSA shares in her brand new 2019 Nissan LEAF electric car.
Hi there!
I’m interested in your CSA crop sharing. I live near Gettysburg, but it’s still a drive, so I’m wondering if you can email your location to me to see if it’s something I think I can make happen on a weekly basis or if I should shoot for biweekly. Thanks!
This is for Elizabeth. I enjoyed your essay in the current Gettysburg Review, and just sent a brief message of appreciate to what I think is your Facebook account. It is being delivered to your Other Folder.
Hi Mark – Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed reading And in the End is Our Beginning! I never did receive your Facebook message but I appreciate your kind words here. Thanks again! Elizabeth
We live in Orrtanna. Is it too late to buy a share? Thanks.
We do still have shares available! If you’re interested, please contact me at amazingheartfarm@comcast.net. Thanks! Elizabeth
I am interested in signing up how do I do this?
Any idea of what has become of Thom and Judy Marti? Lost touch, trying to reconnect.
