Brr. After the glorious (at moments HOT) weather we’ve been having, it feels like a rainy afternoon in November, not May! Today’s the first CSA pick-up- lots of greens: spinach, arugula, greens mix, lettuce mix, head lettuce (a green romaine), radishes and chives.
Included with the CSA shares is the recipe of the week, a delicious pasta salad with arugula, feta, lemon, garlic, garbanzo beans, and olive oil. I stumbled upon this recipe last summer while browsing a DC based food blog called The Arugula Files and tried it for the first time this past weekend. Yummm…
