And Next Season’s Garlic is in the Ground

And it’s time to plant garlic! This morning, the one & only (and most fabulous) Dustin Beall Smith brought his First Year Seminar to the farm to help out. We had more people than we needed for planting garlic but that, of course, was a good thing. Other students harvested and made bouquets of Globe Amaranth to dry.

It was a great morning. And I’m feeling . . . so much gratitude.

  1. Wahoo! The world is a stinkier, better place with garlic in the ground : ) So glad to hear you had more help then you needed. I hope that extra bit of help was a morale booster.

I was thinking of you and Hannah the other day. How are things going for little bean?
