With Gratitude to our 2017 CSA Members

As we approach the winter months, we would like to take a moment to thank everyone who participated in our 2017 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. We love that you are interested in knowing where your food comes from and we want you to know that we value your support.

Educating community members about growing food and caring for the land is one of the most rewarding aspects of the  work that we do and the CSA program provides a solid foundation for this work. This year we enjoyed hosting classes and student groups from Gettysburg College as well as community volunteers and summer camps. We also had two amazing work shares – Angelique and Evan, Beth, & Harmony. And, as you know, Sophie & Ali, our two student interns, rocked it during the summer months. We were also excited to host our first wwoofers through the WWOOF-USA program. You can check out a brief interview filmed by a WWOOF-USA ambassador HERE

Many thanks to all of YOU for helping to make these experiences possible.  And thank you for giving us the opportunity to share the work that we value and the fruits of our labor with you.

We hope that you stay cozy over the winter months and we hope to see you come spring!

Elizabeth

    Hey,
Happy Holidays to you and your beautiful family! FYI, I stalk your web pages, looking for pictures of you and beautiful Hannah!
This is the only way I know to contact you.
My mom asked about you last night and what happened to us. I told her nothing, just life. I hope this is true and even if I have offended you, our lack of communication can lead me to believe this is true.
I found it odd that my mom asked about you, as she’s has never been hands on in my life.
Elizabeth, my mom is on hospice in my home, cancer, and it’s too progressive to even try treatments. When she asked about you last night, it tugged a heartstring that aches whenever I think of you. Life is short and I just need you to know you have had a huge impact on me and I will always love you!! It is hard for me to have actual phone conversations but I’d love to text you.
